How can we assist you?
The very best approach to securing your domain’s email is to layer SPF with DKIM and validate it with DMARC.
BIMI is a layer on top of DMARC which adds your logo to the avatar section of an email.
Protecting your email reputation on the internet is to ensure that your emails are not flawed as SPAM and that your emails are legitimately coming from you.
So that your address is not used for SPAM and SPOOFING.
By updating, managing and monitoring you ensure that your email security is optionally available.
But also teaching, explaining and supporting staff in understanding the different types of threats that can arise and how to recognize them.
To ensure that we can still provide the most information there is, we have created an FAQ below in which most of the questions are answered; some are maybe technical but we tried to put in a explanation that makes sense.
If your question is not listed? Do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page.
This is a layer on top of SPF, with DKIM you actually put an encryption code in the email message that can be checked by the receiving party.
You send a box with a code lock, you have already sent the code for this lock so that you can make 1 whole later.
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; d=example.net; s=brisbane; c=relaxed/simple; q=dns/txt; t=1117574938; x=1118006938; h=from:to:subject:date:keywords:keywords; bh=MTIzNDU2Nzg5MDEyMzQ1Njc4OTAxMjM0NTY3ODkwMTI=; b=dzdVyOfAKCdLXdJOc9G2q8LoXSlEniSbav+yuU4zGeeruD00lszZ VoG4ZHRNiYzR
The domain’s “data” contains various types of information, including the domain’s SPF record. This SPF record states which server is allowed to send from this domain.
Think of it as customs authorizing whether you are allowed to enter the country or not by means of a list. Is the IP address used to send the email not on the list? Then it will be marked as SPAM.
There are no hidden or weird conditions, we will do our utmost to keep your website up-to-date and adapt it where possible for improvements and security.
